Who is this for?

It’s for busy professionals that struggle with binge-eating, consistency, and time management.

If you are a non-busy professional or unemployed, chances are we won’t be able to help you as effectively as others, because there’s likely a deeper reason for your current situation. Since time is not your main constraint.  

What's included in the program?

This isn’t a cookie-cutter style system, think about it more like a toolbox. The program’s principles are hyper-adaption, tailored support, and in-depth progress tracking. This means that the program will be structured to your specific needs. During the assessment call your coach will dive deep into what makes you tick, your preferences, your current obstacles, life situation and much more.

Armed with this information a detailed but adaptable roadmap will be developed  that will outline everything necessary to achieve your goals. Some of our most successful clients started off needing wake up calls, others required multiple daily check-ins to stay on track. In either case our clients received the necessary tools to achieve their goals. 

How does the free trial work?

Once you complete the form and meet our requirements we’ll reach out to you with some further questions. 

If everything is in order you’ll have full access to your coach and the entire program until a specific goal is reached. This could be losing 5-10kg or gaining a predetermined amount of muscle mass. 

After the free trial ends and everything is to your satisfaction you’ll have the choice to either continue at our current rate or walk away with your desired result. No questions asked.

Where is my coach going to be located?

We are based in Germany, however, our coaches are located in all European and American timezones to deliver the best possible service to our global clientele. 

This means that the initial call you’ll receive most likely will come from Germany before you’re setup with a coach in your specific timezone.

Daniel Okah Wegener is the founder of RISE Performance. Before dedicating his life to fitness and nutrition he worked in private equity and played professional basketball in Germany and the United Kingdom. 

During this time he was able to get in shape, despite his sweet tooth and tendency to binge eat due to the R.I.S.E. system he created. 

His mission is to help people overcome their food addiction and attain the body and lifestyle they truly desire by implementing systems that make doing the desired habit easier and simpler than ever before.
